San Diego Clean Cities is exploring bring first responder training for alternative fuel and advanced technologies vehicles. If you are interested in learning more about first responder training and how you can help bring it to the region, a webinar will be held on Wednesday, March 14. Webinar login information will be posted prior to the date.
Save the date and mark your calendars for the upcoming Clean Cities Learning Program – First Responder Safety Training webinar scheduled for March 14 at 1pm ET, 10am PT. The webinar will be hosted by the National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium (NAFTC).
This webinar will discuss the Clean Cities Learning Program and highlight the increasing need for First Responder Safety Training as it relates to advanced technology vehicles. An overview of the existing materials will be discussed, including exclusive material available for Clean Cities Coalitions. A video showcasing the success of the regional pilot trainings and recently added materials will be unveiled, as well as current material under development. Finally, participants will learn more about promoting and conducting a First Responder Safety Training workshop in their local area.
