Alejandro Nunez

Alejandro Nunez is an Air Quality Specialist at the San Diego Air Pollution Control District (SDAPCD), where he leads in developing, evaluating, monitoring, and updating air quality maintenance and attainment plans.  Alejandro has been with the County of San Diego for 5 years. He engages and collaborates with other agencies and organizations to develop/support emission reduction strategies. Passionate about environmental initiatives, Alejandro also contributes to local incentive programs like Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A) and Electric Landscape Equipment Assistance Funding (E-LEAF).

He holds a BA in Urban Studies with an emphasis on in urban planning, design, and management specialization from San Diego State University. With a dedication to improving air quality and sustainable urban development, Alejandro is committed to making a positive impact in his community.
