Kathleen Ferrier

Kathleen has 15 years of experience in transportation policy, strategic planning, community partnership and engagement, grant writing and budget development. She has been with the City of San Diego since 2018 and joined the Department of General Services in Spring 2023 to fill the newly created role of EV Program Manager. In this position, she works with the Fleet Operations Division to develop and manage the City’s strategy to electrify its 4,700-vehicle fleet.

Kathleen has a Masters degree in City Planning from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. She is mom to two children, Max and Charlotte.
